Construction on The Ledge is moving right along! Now that the walls are up on the inside, it’s much easier to see where all of this is headed. If you drive by in the coming weeks, you should see more progress on the exterior. The porch columns are going up as I write this post and should be stained this week. Additionally, the decking for the front porches is being installed and looks absolutely beautiful! Exterior siding and rock have been delivered, and we expect that installation to begin soon.
It’s been a long road to get where we are, but we couldn’t be more thrilled with the way God is putting people and materials in place as only He could do. We’d like to extend our gratitude to John Hopper and Roger Bailey for all of their hard work in coordinating the build, and a BIG ‘Thank You’ to our Design Committee – Tanna Keel, Teresa Box, and Angel Williams – for their continued efforts in making The Ledge look amazing!
At best guess, we anticipate being semi-operational in November or December. Please keep this project and all of the people working on it in your prayers as we press on to bring the vision of The Ledge to fruition.

We are a local Girl Scout Troop and are interested in building a service hour relationship in the future. I am proposing being allowed to help with events, help planting flower beds, light cleaning, etc, in exchange for approved service hours for working in the community. Thank you.

Jennifer, we would love to have your troop assist with events and other volunteer opportunities as they come available. I’ll send you an email so we can connect.
Hi Jennifer, loved seeing your new building. My Mother & Father owned the store on the corner for many years. It was Smith’s Grocery & Cafe. I would love to have a copy of the old store for my children & grandchildren if possible. Good luck on the Ledge!
what you all are doing for our lil community is wonderful. I am looking forward to all the great things to come….Keep up the amazing job.
Thank you, Kimberly! We are certainly excited about what’s in store for the future of Spring Creek and the community.
