The Spring Seed Swap at The Ledge was a fantastic gathering of plant enthusiasts, gardeners, and people interested in starting to grow their own food. Visitors gathered to gather seeds, offer growing tips, and enjoy the wonderful world of gardening.
If you missed it – don’t worry. We are already planning a second event in a few weeks and another swap in the fall for bulbs.
We want to extend a huge ‘thank you’ to those who offered up seeds for the event. A special thanks to Granville Pipes for organizing and labeling seeds and Kelly Martin for helping during the event. Events like this are so much nicer when we have community support and volunteers.
